What is AML?
An aggressive (fast-growing) disease in which too many myeloblasts (immature white blood cells that are not lymphoblasts) are found in the bone marrow and blood. Also called acute myeloblastic leukemia, acute myelogenous leukemia, acute myeloid leukemia, acute nonlymphocytic leukemia, and ANLL.

Merry Christmas! Love you guys!
Nicole and Gene, I want to say what a team you two are. The way both of you are able to make yourselves available at all times of the day and night, and friends and family coming together and showing the true meaning of Christmas and what this season is all about. It has restored a good part of my faith in the season and in people. I love you guys with all my heart. Merry Christmas and we will see you soon.

Gene and Nicole, Thanks again for keeping us in the loop. Matthew is in our prayers daily; and especially at Mass. We had a lovely Christmas here with family together for these past four days. Will be adding photos and vids to my blog soon.
