Whose blood was that?

Ever since Matthew's blood transfusion on Wednesday, he has been a little crazy dude, operating at 100 mph and getting into EVERYTHING...especially Claire's business.   My speculation is that the blood he received was donated by someone with a sever case of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.  Irregardless, Matthew is loving every minute of it and is terrorizing the house and all who occupy it...as any 22 month old should.  Matthew's counts seem to be going up as we would expect.  Our oncologist thinks that we will be starting our next round this Wednesday.  This next round is 7 days long and is also the next-to-last round for the little duder.

It's great to hear Matthew is keeping you all hopping! Has a bone marrow donor been found yet?

As always, prayers, hugs and love from Michael and Peg

Hey Gene! I found out about the Meatheads thing when getting new shoes at Roadrunners nearby. Since then I have been spreading the word for that event and this site both verbally and through Facebook. I plan to wear my Team Matthew t-shirt at the Arizona Distance Classic (1/2 Marathon March 28 in Tucson) which is a fundraiser for leukemia research. Trying to get some U or A students on board with fundraising or donor possibilities. Even if my effort is mostly symbolic I wanted you to know your family, especially the little guy himself, is foremost in my prayers. Linda Blanco

Went to Meat Heads in Bloomington Friday and even though I didn't have my coupon the manager gave us credit for Matthew. We had fish and it was very, very good. Our thoughts and prayers continue to echo in the heavens. Love to all, amj
